As a yoga instructor, mother of three, and woman navigating menopause, I've transformed my own health challenges into a mission tho serves others. Married to my best friend and anchored by my family, I've discovered that menopause isn't just a transition to endure—it's an opportunity to thrive.
My Wellness Journey
Food and wellness have always been the cornerstones of my passions. I've been biohacking my way through life for as long as I can remember—from dry brushing and mouth taping to meditation and beyond. If there's a practice that promises greater wellbeing, I'm first in line to explore it!
The summer I turned 38, my health took an unexpected nosedive. Almost overnight, I gained weight, lost hair, couldn't sleep, and developed anxiety for the first time in my life. I felt lost, exhausted, and painfully alone in my experience.
After an emotional visit to my doctor (where I sobbed for a full hour), I received the diagnosis that would change everything: I was in menopause—years earlier than I had expected.
Refusing to Settle
That diagnosis became my turning point. I refused to accept "anxious and exhausted" as my new normal. Determined to reclaim my vitality, I immersed myself in research, spending countless hours learning how women can not only manage menopausal symptoms but actually thrive during this profound transition.
My personal healing journey taught me that:
Food can be powerful medicine when aligned with hormonal needs
Mindfulness practices can transform our relationship with physical changes
The right knowledge transforms menopause from a medical condition to a developmental opportunity
Today, I deeply understand the long-term health risks women face after menopause—from cardiovascular concerns to bone density challenges. This knowledge has ignited my passion for helping other women navigate this transition with confidence and joy.

Menopause Rising: The Master Plan
For the past several years, I’ve been perfecting a plan that has changed my life. It took me some trial and error, but it doesn’t have to for you. Since following this plan, I have more energy than I ever have, I sleep better, feel stronger and can manage the mood fluctuations more reliably. I truly feel like I am heading into this next chapter of life as the strongest version of myself.
I want to show you the shortcut to getting back to yourself in perimenopause. There is no program like this. Trust me. I needed it.
This program combines nutrition, movement strategies, sleep solutions and mindfulness guidance. This is not a one-size-fits all approach, because we are all different.
