Hi, I’m Christie!

Thanks for visiting my little corner of the internet! 

Starting menopause at 39 was a journey I never expected to take. It was isolating, confusing, and downright terrifying at times. I battled the regular menopause symptoms: hot flashes, weight gain, mood swings, and brain fog—all while feeling like I had to hide what I was going through.

Today, I’m healthier than I’ve ever been and I truly believe that my early-onset experience was meant to help me share and support others as they navigate this phase of life. And so, I’m sharing the simple changes I made in my diet, lifestyle, and mindset that helped me feel like myself again in menopause.
