Why This Smoothie Is Perfect for Spring
After a cozy winter of warm bowls and hearty meals, spring is the time to refresh your plate—and your habits. Smoothies are one of the easiest ways to pack in nutrients, hydration, and protein in one quick blend.
This one’s got a bright, berry flavour that feels like sunshine in a cup. Plus, the cauliflower adds a fiber boost without changing the taste, and kefir supports gut health, which plays a huge role in how you feel daily—especially in perimenopause.
