Chocolate Date Smoothie (better than a Frosty!)
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
4-5 medjool dates, pitted
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp almond butter
ice
Directions:
In a high speed blender, combine all the ingredients except for the ice. Blend until smooth.
Add the ice, starting with 1 cup and adding more to create your desired consistency. The more ice you add, the more diluted the chocolate flavour will become. Adjust your ingredients as needed.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
