I believe every woman deserves to feel radiant, empowered, and fully alive during menopause and beyond. And yet so many women are struggling.

My journey with early menopause is what inspired me to get my menopause coaching certification. Educating women and helping them through this stage of life has become my new purpose and I am committed to helping other women navigate this transition with confidence and joy.

I am a seasoned yoga instructor and food blogger and I bring my expertise in nutrition, movement and mindful, along with my own tried and true experience, into this transformative reset.
