Candied Bacon Crackers
These crunchy sweet and salty candied bacon crackers are so easy to make and are such a crowd pleasing appetizer. You need to put these candied bacon appetizers on your holiday menu!
I think we can all appreciate a budget friendly option for when company comes over. This appetizer ticks that bucket, but also feels nostalgic and is delicious.

Candied Bacon Crackers
Ingredients:
1 sleeve of Toppables crackers (appprox 35 crackers
1/2 a pkg bacon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup bbq rub (recipe below)
BBQ Dry Rub
¼ cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground mustard
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon celery salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Lay the crackers face up on a large rack over a baking sheet. Cut the package of bacon in thirds (or to match the size of the cracker (or cut pieces individually)
Top each cracker with a pinch of brown sugar and a sprinkle of the BBQ dry rub.
Place the crackers into the oven for 15-20 minutes. Allow the crackers to cool before serving.
