You are more than 1/2 way through the challenge! You are AMAZING! Feel everything today. Stay with it. Because you can, and you will. Practice doing the hard things on your mat, using your body as a vehicle. Go right through it. Be in it. Don’t avoid it. The only way to change your energy is to trust the wisdom of your body, listen, and be there through the hard and heavy times.
