Join NowStrong and Calm Yoga Challenge Day 7
This full body, 30-ish minute flow will hit all the right places! We do a lot of core work, without a crunch in sight! There is twisting to activate the deep abdominals, lots of standing strength and balance as well as some soothing and invigorating back bends. You will feel amazing after this class!
No props are needed but it’s always a nice idea to have blocks, just in case.
