Apple Crumble Baked Brie
Ingredients:
1 8oz wheel of brie cheese
Apple Mixture:
3/4 red apple, diced
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Crumble Mixture
1 cup oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour (can sub gluten-free)
3 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp melted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Place your brie cheese in a ceramic baking dish and score the top of it, and set it aside.
On medium heat, combine the apple mixture ingredients in a pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the apples are softened.
For the crumble mixture, combine all ingredients in a bowl and crumble with a fork or your hands until you get that crumbly mixture.
Add the apple mixture on top of the cheese, and top with the crumble mixture.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until it is bubbly and golden.
Serve with crackers and apple slices and enjoy!
