Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts.

Bacon wrapped brussels sprouts are the sweet, savory, and salty appetizer that you need at your next holiday gathering. Eating your veggies won’t be a problem if you wrapped them with bacon. This easy air fryer bacon wrapped Brussels sprouts recipe is simple and delicious!

Roasted brussels sprouts is already one of my favourite fall side dishes, but with the addition of bacon, they become immediately better….It's safe to say that wrapping anything in bacon makes it better!

I made these in a flash in my air fryer. The bacon came out crispy and salty. The brussels sprouts were soft and caramelized and oozing with that bacon essence!

You are going to want to make a double batch of these. They are so simple and easy to make that you don't have to wait for a special occasion like Thanksgiving to make them.


Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (9 slices) bacon strips

  • 18 brussels sprouts

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)

    Directions:

  1. If using the oven, preheat oven to 375F. Trim the ends off the Brussels Sprouts and remove any tough outside leaves.

  2. Cut each bacon strip in half crosswise (about 5-inches long). Wrap each strip around each brussels sprout. Secure each wrapped brussels sprout with a toothpick and place on a parchment-lined baking pan or into the liner of an air fryer basket. I use these ones. I use the Gourmia Airfryer and love it.

  3. If using the air fryer, begin preheating it now at 375F.

  4. Brush the wrapped brussels sprouts with maple syrup and sprinkle with black pepper to taste.

  5. Bake until crispy to your desired level of crispiness: about 25-30 minutes in the oven, about 15 minutes in the air fryer.

  6. Serve immediately.
