Day 1 | Yoga for Core

I invite you into this 30 minute core focussed challenge. This practice is designed to challenge you. To uplift you. During this class, you will sit with discomfort. Try not fight it or try to flee from it. But instead, practice strengthening your ability to stay when things are uncomfortable. You will be reminded that discomfort is part of the journey. When you meet yourself in the heat and fire and stay present to it, you strengthen your ability to go forward. No matter how uncomfortable life can be.
