No Bake Energy Bites

These school-safe, no-bake energy bites are totally addictive, packed full of protein and simply DELICIOUS.  These are the ultimate pick-me-upper!    We pop these in lunch bags, in our mouths after school, or into my purse for a post workout snack.   Everyone in my house gets excited when they see these on the counter.

Everyone in my house get excited when they see these on the counter. 🧡No bake 🤎Minimal, clean ingredients ❤️High protein What you’ll need: 1 cup old fashioned oats 1/4 cup hemp hearts 3 tbsp protein powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup sunflower butter 1/3 cup honey 1 tbsp vanilla 1/4 cup chocolate chips 1/4 cup m&ms Place all the ingredients into a bowl and stir together to combine well. Roll into bite sized balls. Store in the fridge. Depending on the size, this makes about 12 servings. Play around and add in what you love! We keep these stored in the fridge for a quick nibble on the go! Save for later. No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats

  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts

  • 3 tbsp protein powder (ours was vanilla)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup sunflower butter

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1 tbsp vanilla

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup m&ms or Smarties (these are school safe!)

Directions:

  1. Take 2/3 cup of the oats and place them into a food processor or high speed blender and whiz them to create an oat flour. Add to a large bowl.

  2. Place the remaining ingredients into the same bowl and stir together to combine well.   Roll into bite sized balls. 

  3. Store in the fridge.   Depending on the size you roll, this makes about 12 servings.
