Ingredients:
4 Tomatoes, quartered
1/2 red onion, roughly chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, roughly chopped, seeds removed
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup packed cilantro leaves and stems
the juice of one juicy lime (about 2 tbsp)
1/2-1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/4 tsp cumin
pinch of sugar
Tortilla chips to serve!
Directions:
Use your food processor to make this super simple. Dump all the ingredients except the tortilla chips into the bowl of your food processor. Use the pulse function to until you get a chunky consistency.
Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly. Let the salsa sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to allow the flavours to really meld.
