Strong & Calm Yoga Challenge Day 3

We get right into it in this 30 minute power vinyasa practice starting with sun salutations, followed by a strong standing series where we target the glutes and the core. From there we practice opening our hearts by back bending.

Remember my loves, our thoughts, our stress, our emotions are all energy in motion - to feel better in ourselves, stronger, calmer, happier - we gotta do the work to release them 💥
