It’s an easy twist on a classic that takes just a few minutes to throw together and was devoured by all at my last gathering. This Chicken Caesar Salad dip is chef’s kiss!
This dip combines all the flavours you love in a Caesar salad with the creamy, cool, indulgent texture of a dip. I used store-bought Caesar dressing mixed with cream cheese to create a smooth, tangy base. Then, I layered it with shredded chicken from a rotisserie chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, and a generous sprinkle of parmesan cheese. To top it off, I added a crunchy toasted breadcrumb mixture that mimics croutons for the perfect bite.
I served it with chips and crackers, and everyone couldn’t stop asking for the recipe! Whether you’re hosting a party or just want a delicious snack for game night, this Chicken Caesar Salad Dip is bound to be a hit. Trust me, it’s a dip that’s as easy as it is addictive.
Why You’ll Love This Dip:
Quick & Easy: Ready in minutes with simple, store-bought ingredients.

Chicken Caesar Salad Dip
Ingredients:
1 8oz container of whipped cream cheese
1 cup caesar salad dressing
1 1/2 cups shredded chicken (I used a rotisserie chicken)
Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Shredded Romaine lettuce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
optional: a pinch of red pepper flakes
chips or crackers for serving
Directions:
Mix the 8oz cream cheese and the 1 cup of caesar salad dressing. Spread it out in the bottom of your serving dish. Top with the shredded chicken and sprinkle with a little EBTB seasoning and a pinch of S&P.
Add the Parmesan cheese and the lettuce.
For the panko bread crumbs, heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the panko and garlic powder and toast until the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Approx. 5 minutes. If you like a little extra kick, add in a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Add the breadcrumbs on top of the lettuce layer, with a little more parmesan (if desired) and a drizzle of a little more Caesar dressing (optional)
