Pumpkin Spiced Nuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of mixed nuts (pecans, cashews, walnuts)

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • flaky salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F. This will ensure that your nuts roast perfectly.

  2. Mix the Ingredients: Directly on the baking sheet lined with a silpat mat or parchment paper, combine the raw mixed nuts, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice blend, and sea salt. Stir until the nuts are well-coated.

  3. Spread the spiced nuts in a single layer for even roasting.

  4. Roast: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to avoid burning. The nuts should turn golden brown and fill your kitchen with delightful aromas.

  5. Cool & Enjoy: Once roasted, let the nuts cool down completely. They will become crunchier as they cool. Store them in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

These pumpkin spiced nuts are a perfect snack at home or on-the-go, providing a quick energy boost while satisfying those autumn cravings. Enjoy the warmth of the season with every crunchy bite! 🧡
