Pumpkin Spiced Nuts
Ingredients:
1 cup of mixed nuts (pecans, cashews, walnuts)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
flaky salt
Directions:
Preheat the Oven to 350F.
Mix the Ingredients: Directly on the baking sheet lined with a silpat mat or parchment paper, combine the raw mixed nuts, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice blend, and sea salt. Stir until the nuts are well-coated.
Spread the spiced nuts in a single layer for even roasting.
Roast: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to avoid burning. The nuts should turn golden brown and fill your kitchen with delightful aromas.
Cool & Enjoy: Once roasted, let the nuts cool down completely. They will become crunchier as they cool. Store them in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
