Easy Airfryer Brioche French Toast

The most delicious, cinnamon, brioche French toast in the airfryer

Easy air fryer Brioche French Toast

This is the easiest and quickest way to make the most delicious weekend breakfast. The air fryer turns a slightly sweet brioche bun and a custard made from just eggs, milk and some warm vanilla and cinnamon into a heavenly twist on classic French Toast.

The kids are finally on March Break which means lazy, weekend mornings alllll week long! I can’t wait! Can you hear my giant exhale? I need this break! How about you? How are you holding up?

You will love the way the brioche bread soaks up the egg and milk custard infused with cinnamon and vanilla, then cooked in the airfryer until the edges are golden and crunchy. This recipe is one that the whole family goes crazy for!

Easy Air Fryer Brioche French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 Brioche buns or brioche bread

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/3 cup milk

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • cooking spray

  • Maple Syrup for serving

  • confectioner’s sugar for dusting (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the airfryer to 375F.

  2. In a shallow plate or bowl, combine the egg, milk, vanilla and cinnamon and whisk to combine. Dip each piece of brioche into the mixture until it is fully coated on both sides.

  3. Place the brioche into the airfryer with a little bit of room around each piece and air fry for 5 minutes, flip the bread and then air fry for another 3-4 minutes or until crispy.

  4. Serve the French Toast warm, with maple syrup for dipping and dig in!

    Enjoy!

NOTES:

I wouldn’t suggest storing or freezing these. They are best enjoyed at the time of making them but if you would like to keep some for later, simply keep in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat them in the air fryer!
