Chocolate Nut Butter Bombs
Ingredients:
5 generous oz of dark chocolate, divided
1/2 cup smooth, unsweetened nut butter (I used almond)
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp flour
1/2 cup jam of your choice, (I used @bonnemaman_ca raspberry)
Pinch of sea salt for sprinkling
Directions:
Melt 1/2 the chocolate in the microwave in 15 second increments until completely smooth
Add 2 tsp of melted chocolate to the bottom of a well greased small sized muffin pan, spreading the chocolate up the sides
Place the pan in the freezer for about 15 mins.
In a bowl, combine nut butter, maple syrup and flour. Spoon 1 tsp of the mixture into the muffin cups
Optional! Add 1/2 a tsp of jam of your choice on top of the nut butter mixture.
Melt the remaining chocolate and spoon it over the nut butter (and jam!). Cover all the filling and sprinkle with flakey salt, if desired. Place back in the freezer to set. Approximately 10 mins. You can try to store these but they won’t last!!
