Viral Boursin Fig Appetizer

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages of Boursin Cheese (I used garlic & herb, but Caramelized onion would be lovely too!)

  • 1 jar of fig jam

  • 1/3 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped

Directions:

  1. Spread two blocks of Boursin cheese in the bottom of a serving dish. (this is easier if the Boursin Cheese has sat out for about 10 minutes at room temp) Top with a thin layer of fig jam. Add the chopped pistachios. Serve with crackers or baguette and enjoy.
